Okay, if you're really that curious, here's a few of the UnStarted Objects that I'd like to make someday....
Pattern from Kristoffersen, 99 Little Doilies
Plenty in here that I'd like to try; I'm probably going to start with #33.
Design by Teresa Wentzler
The folk of the castle sitting around listening to music. Something to do after the kid is older and before I'm so old I go blind.
Permin of Copenhagen, I think
A cross-stitch rendition of the famous print.
kit, not sure on the source
Various birds embroidered on a branch.
Dragon Dreams freebie patterns
These are small and would be fairly quick to work up; one of these years....
Priscilla Gibson-Roberts, Ethnic Socks and Stockings
Eventually I want to make all seven of the sampler socks. Not only would it be good practice for me, it'd also give me small socks to give as Christmas ornaments to people in the folk-dance group.
my design
I just want a pair.
Zilboorgs 45 Fine & Fanciful Hats to Knit
A beret, or possibly an onion dome.
From Swansen, A Gathering of Lace
It calls for cobweb-weight yarn (the book says laceweight, but it's a typo), but I may swatch it in laceweight and see what happens.
Karen Stockton's design at Knitty.com
I'm not sure whether this would actually look any good on me, but I'm intrigued by the construction.
I found a book on Armenian Lace (a netted lace-like fabric), and now I want to give it a try.
Butterick 3836
A cool-looking Western-style costume.
